Are your products officially affiliated with Casio?No, Grand Casio is an independent customization brand and is not affiliated with Casio.

What types of customizations do you offer?We offer bezel replacements, dial customizations, strap upgrades, engraving, and other modifications to personalize your watch, some of them being custom to you.

Can I provide my own design for customization?Yes, we accept custom design requests. Please contact us for details and pricing.

Can I buy replacement straps and bezels without customization?Yes, we sell individual parts for customers who prefer DIY customizations although it is not on the website. We offer awesome deals and wide offerings which you can find out by contacting us on social media.

How do I place an order?Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting us directly via email or social media.

Do you ship internationally?Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location.

What is your return or refund policy?We accept returns for unused products within 14 days. Used watches are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect from Casio USA electronics end.

Do you offer warranties on customized watches?Yes, we provide a 6 month Grand Casio included but also have a lifetime Warranty available for all customizations done by GC, covering defects in materials and craftsmanship. The original Casio warranty is also available.

Can I get my watch repaired if it’s damaged?Absolutely! We offer repair services for our custom watches. Contact us for an estimate.

Do you offer maintenance services?Yes, we provide cleaning and maintenance services to ensure your watch stays in top condition. Contact us via social media to find out more.
